Let Yourself Bloom is a transformational journey through breath, creativity, and deep relaxation.
You’ll learn how to use the creative process to transform stress, anxiety, and challenging emotions into powerful expressions of creativity, releasing self-judgment and fear, and discovering the freedom to express your true self with ease and authenticity.Â
Through breathwork, we create a safe and supportive space for emotions and tension stored in the body to gently move through and release.
Through the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), we ground, integrate, and embody the profound insights and shifts that arise through the breath.
Together, these practices guide the nervous system into balance and open the body and mind to peace, clarity, and creative flow.Â
Let Yourself Bloom: 4-Week Journey from Seed to Bloom
Week 1: Awareness
We explore how breath and the nervous system shape our capacity to feel, create, and connect, learning to move from stress and shutdown into safety, flow, and creative expression. We bring awareness to the stories and beliefs we developed to keep ourselves safe but that may now hold us back from fully expressing our truth and being present with life.
Week 2: Release
Emotion is energy in motion. When we resist feeling, that energy becomes stored as tension and stress. This week we learn to safely feel and release emotion through breath, movement, and creative flow—allowing energy to move like a wave that rises, peaks, and dissolves. By surrendering to what lives within, we free the body to soften and the heart to open.
Week 3: Repatterning
We learn practical tools and strategies to shift from stress, anxiety, and overwhelm into deeper connection, creativity, and authentic expression. We develop personalized daily self-care routines to nurture creativity and regulate the nervous system. Through working with Sankalpa—your sacred seed of intention—and creative exercises, we allow this guiding vision to take root in your life.
Week 4: The Bloom
Having released old protective patterns, we now explore what becomes possible when we embrace beliefs and stories that support our growth and authentic expression. We discover how our unique gifts—including our pain and healing—can serve others. As we let go of self-judgment and step into our power, we witness shifts rippling through our nervous system, our relationships, and our lives.

🌿 Course Structure
    3 Live Sessions + 1 Live Teaching session per week (all will be recorded)Â

 Breathwork, Yoga Nidra & Creative Expression (90 min) — Sundays & Wednesdays 7 PM EST
Traditional breathwork and deep rest to release tension and reconnect to safety, closing with a short creative exercise — journaling, intuitive writing, or art — to integrate what arises. -
= Movement Medicine (60 min) — Thursdays 7 PM EST (optional if the spirit moves you to join)Â

A 5 Rhythms-inspired moving meditation: 10 min breath, 30 min dance, 20 min grounding Yoga Nidra or reflection.
A practice of release and renewal where emotion becomes motion and the body remembers its natural rhythm. -

- Lecture going in depth into the science, philosophy and practice behind the theme for the week in alignment with the guide book.Â
